Sidenote -- The spinoff cluster will also include CNBC.. Why that? CNBC is a pretty good financial news network. If you deprive it of the resource of NBC News, how good will it continue to be? Hmmm, but maybe they are doing so to PACKAGE CNBC with MSNBC, for the aim of SELLING MSNBC...
