The 'tests" are fake tests which mostly produce fake results. Our thinking is, that some staffer who was not properly told this is all fakery, took seriously a "test result" and caused a ripple of unwanted responses. BECAUSE the WH did not want that staffer going out and saying WH is lying about Biden's health. This is hilarious.
