NOTE -- In Wuhan, it is now pretty near IMPOSSIBLE to get medical treatment of any kind for any ailment, because HOSPITALS are overrun. Totally.
NOTE -- Correspondent says even though HONG KONG has supposedly "shut off" travel inbound from mainland China, this is misleading to hear because the travel ban is not being well enforced -and PEOPLE ARE COMING INTO HONG KONG and thus bringing the disease INTO Hong Kong.
Correspondent says THE ONLY sure way to protect a population is to cut off ALL TRAVEL from China. Repeat CUT OFF ALL INBOUND TRAVEL FROM CHINA, not some, but ALL.
RUSSIA has TOTALLY cut off all inbound travel from China.
