The number of Americans filing claims for unemployment benefits was little changed last week. Initial jobless claims rose by 4,000 to 352,000 in the week ended April 13, the US Labor Department said Thursday. The advance number for seasonally-adjusted insured unemployment during the week ending 6 April was 3,068,000, a decrease of 35,000 from the preceding week's revised level of 3,103,000. The latest figures show the labor market is stabilizing, analysts say.
